The Purelux Panther S300 Gen3 is a super-compact led bar, where the ferocious performance is packed into a really small package. Panther S300, which is quite exceptional in its size-to-power ratio, represents the elite of small led bars, both in terms of power and light beam, as well as appearance. This light has two different power modes, thanks to which you can switch on either the more moderate power mode approved for road traffic or the PowerBoost® mode that releases all the light power. The unlimited PowerBoost® mode raises the driving experience on sections that require maximum light output to a completely new level, as the light output is measured up to 7561 lumens and the range up to 481 meters (@ 1 lux), which is a fantastic performance for a panel of this size! The power mode can be changed easily by pressing the button on the body, so there is no need to make laborious connections! When the untamed performance of the Panther is combined with a great design and one of the best combination headlights on the market, it goes without saying why it jumps to the top of its size class in every area!

“Notorious Panther performance”

Unlike usual, you don’t need to connect or disconnect any extra wires to activate the lamp’s different power modes, instead switching between PowerBoost® and road mode is unprecedentedly easy by pressing the button at the end of the lamp. The last used power mode remains in the lamp’s “memory”, and thus there is no need, for example, in road traffic use, to ensure that the lamp always turns on at maximum power, when the power is turned off in between and the car starts moving again.

Note! You can clearly see the difference between Purelux PowerBoost® and road traffic mode – PowerBoost mode is significantly more efficient and should not be used when driving in normal road traffic, only off-road.

The Panther S300’s beam consists of a rectangular wide main beam, which is the perfect combination of both range and width. The beam opens right from the bow and illuminates all the way from curb to curb, while the brighter main spot in the middle of the beam directs the light far forward. In the vertical direction, the beam is softly delimited, making it optimal especially for bow installations. However, despite the vertically limited beam, there is still plenty of light for driving on hilly terrain and for roof-mounted applications.

In addition to the precisely finished light beam, a feature that significantly improves the driving experience is the light’s neutral color temperature of 5000 Kelvin. Neutral color temperature is optimal for road traffic, as it facilitates the observation of terrain shapes and obstacles, and it does not distort the color of objects. In addition, it dazzles less cool tones from e.g. snow cover or in fog and rain, and reduces the strain on the eyes. The 5000K color temperature perfectly suits newer cars with LED or Xenon lights as standard, and brings the desired brightness and sharpness even alongside traditional halogen lights.

In addition to excellent lighting properties, the Panther S300 Gen3 has been created to withstand the stresses of the environment, as evidenced by e.g. the highest possible tightness rating (IP69K), a practically unbreakable Lexa polycarbonate lens, a frame made of strong aluminum and a special coating that guarantees the panel excellent durability against UV radiation, corrosion, chemicals and changing weather conditions. In addition to protection, the high-quality coating also gives the panel body a slightly shiny surface that exudes dignity, quality and style. The wonderful overall look is crowned by the black fastening screws and dark optics, which have also been brought to the parking light in a modern way to guarantee elegance even when the panel is off.

The light comes with both the traditional end legs and the width-adjustable rail mounts below the lamp. The installation is facilitated by the ready-made DT2 connector on the power cord of the panel and the ready-made fixing points for support irons on the body of the panel (the use of support irons is not necessary, if the installation can otherwise be carried out securely). The wide operating voltage range (9-36V) enables installation in both 12V and 24V systems, and the low reference number (30) enables installation alongside all standard lights without having to remove the original lights! In addition, the lamp is protected against radio interference in accordance with the ECE R10 standard. Two-year (24 months) warranty!
